• The project uses Greenheck’s SYNC180 ERV with best-in-class efficacy (cfm/watt) and core efficiency with a sensible recovery efficiency (SRE) of 84% paired with the PrecisionSYNC control that allows for precision balancing of the unit and real-time verification of the airflow. The project also includes Greenheck’s MasterSPEC whole-house ventilation fans with humidity sensors and MultiSPEC low-profile bath fans.
